Yoga in the Park – Nuremberg – (English)

Take a yoga lesson in the park. Connect with yourself and nature in the city with Yoga in the Park.

Yoga in the Park will give you a healthy lifestyle and get you in better shape, improve your mood and put a smile on your face.

When? From June 12, 2018 to August 17, 2018

Where? You’ll find out when you join our What’s Up group, by email or by phone. Unfortunately, only goes so because of the regulations of the city of Nuremberg for green space use.

YogaFantasy offers 60 minute outdoor Vinyasa Yoga classes open to all fitness levels.

 

All classes will concentrate on slow but powerful movements based on focusing the mind, good stretching, a little bit of sweating and deep breathing, each class will end with final relaxation and meditation.

Pay when you arrive!
Each class costs just €13 for 60 minutes.
You do not need to be a member!

Simply come when you want (easy and honest pricing).

Don’t have your own mat? No need to worry, you don’t need to buy your own, you can hire a mat for the small fee of €2. All mat hire is available with pre-online-reservation.

Meeting Location and Directions

  • The meeting point is 3015 min before the class at the actual location.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION OR WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU

Wear comfortable sportswear and bring a mat or towel, water and something warm for final relaxation.

Props aren’t necessary, but feel free to bring anything you wish to have with you for  your practice.

By the way, yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach (try not to eat before our session)

“Do yoga when you want to do, never do yoga when you have to do!” So, listen to your body and if you feel like it then come and join our yoga.

WARNING:

IF THE WEATHER IS EXTREMELY BAD WE WILL NOT HAVE YOGA IN THE PARK, SO PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK THE SCHEDULE.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE SCHEDULE MAY CHANGE EVERY WEEK, SO PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO CHECK THE TIMETABLE.

Cancellation Policy

A class may be cancelled only in the case of extreme weather, since we have a covered location if it rains: in the case of cancellation, you will receive a notification by email no later than an hour before class, and you will receive a full refund.

If you can’t attend class and notify us no later than one hour before the beginning of the class, your credit will be valid until the end of the season and you can join another YogaFantasy class.
