What to do in Düsseldorf?

This cool town is full of life with good mood of people. It’s worth to visit!

I visited the River Rhine promenade on a very sunny day and that made the views even more amazing. It’s a very pretty area to walk through. Most of the people were walking, running, cycling or enjoying the place. There are also numerous restaurants and pubs around. It’s the perfect place to sit in an open air restaurant and have delicate lunch or a drink.

Rheinturm – Rhine Tower

Fabulous panoramic view over the tow, including the harbor and the river Rhine. It took a few minutes to get to the top. There is a cafe where you can get a drink or a snack while you sit and watch the views.

Very nice spot with lots of leisure activities and a wide choice of places to eat and drink in the city center of the Old Town. I visited the local steak house and I ordered fillet steak with baked big potato and sour cream. Was really tasty. By the way the waiter was so friendly. So, I would say in Düsseldorf are very friendly people or I had luck….

Carlsplatz Market

This market is located in nice, but a small shopping district, offers a fair selection of stalls, ranging from fresh vegetables, fruits, truffles, special oils, meats, flowers, home decor and much more items from local farms. I suppose that these markets is one of the cheapest shopping areas in Düsseldorf. Most of the sellers are friendly and kind.

Absolutely awesome walking and shopping street with the most beautiful and exclusive shops and buildings. Every woman dreams street…

Medien Hafen

If you want to see modern architecture as I did. You should hit this place and visit it. Nice atmosphere with a nice building.

St. Lambertus Church
