Porridge with touch of Raspberries and Blueberries

Porridge is the perfect way to start off my day! It’s healthy and taste delicious! It warms my body from inside and makes my body feel perfect for the rest of the day.

This is a simple but healthy recipe!

Preparation time 3-4 minutes
Cook time 3-4 minutes
Total time 6-8 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup of rolled oats
2 tablespoons of Chia seeds
1 tablespoon of Brown millet
1 teaspoon of Sunflower seed
1 teaspoon of Walnuts
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup of water

Ingredients on top

Blueberries
Raspberries
Coconut chips
Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Add oats + Chia seeds + brown millet + sunflower seeds + Walnuts + honey + water with a small non-stick frying pan over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Pour into bowl and serve with Blueberries, Raspberries and coconut chips on top. The remaining Cinnamons or honey drizzled over.
