One year ago I had my first class with Yogeswari and yesterday I attended my second Jivamukti Masterclass by Yogeswari at Myshanti-Yoga Nürnberg.
Estelle Eichenberger is an awesome advanced certified Jivamukti teacher, based in New York, who teaches around the world.
I love her and I love the way she teach! You can see and feel her passion for Yoga and that’s really nice!
How was it?
The class began with an inspiring talk, forceful mantras, vital breathing, continued with a powerful Asanas practice and concluding with a deep meditation and soft relaxation.
The spiritual teachings, woven throughout the class were inspired by the current Jivamukti Focus of the Month.
Focus of the Month: September, 2017. Atha yoga-Anushasanam.
“Now this is yoga as I have perceived it in the natural world.” The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (PYS 1.1)
Atha means “now.” But it’s more than just “now”; it means now in terms of “hereafter,” or “going forward.” The importance of that nuance is that it implies that whatever has been happening will now, hereafter, be different. So in his first sutra, Patanjali is speaking directly to those of us who are fed up with things as they are.
Did I enjoy?
Yes! I enjoyed it a lot, although I was sweating as a “pig”, I felt like a “queen”. After the Shavasana, I felt like a reborn and so relaxed.)
I was very thankful to be a part of Yogeswari Masterclass!
Yogeswari – Estelle Eichenberger, Thank you so much!! It was nice to see you again! And another big thanks to Isabel and Jochen from Myshanti Nürnberg!
