Ingredients

1/2 Cantaloupe
1 Cup of White organic yogurt
15 Blueberries
7 Raspberries
1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
1 teaspoon of Sunflower seed

Institutions
1. Cut a cantaloupe in half and scoop out the seeds.
2. Place the ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth.
3. Fill the hole with the smoothie
4. Sprinkle with blueberries, raspberries and Sunflower seed.
