This yoga studio has 6 branches in London and offers a variety of classes. It doesn’t matter whereabouts you are in your yoga journey, you will find something suitable at TriYoga.
I visited the Soho TriYoga studio in the centre of London in September 2017. It has a perfect location and a nicely designed studio with friendly people at reception, a large space for yoga practice and meditation as well as a yoga shop and healthy organic café + juice bar. What more could you ask for? In the Soho TriYoga studio you will find everything you need. This studio is a bit pricey, but it’s worth it. You can also use their introductory offer. One of the big pluses was that this studio was really very clean. Full facilities, including showers make this a great yoga venue. I was very satisfied and happy here.
I personally attended only one Vinyasa class with Leila Sadeghee
Her class tends to fill up quite quickly. It was nicely run with a good flow and power.
Leila is a friendly person with a beautiful smile and good vibes. I would definitely recommend Leila’s class to everyone.
If you are living in London or are planning to visit this city, I would recommend that you visit this beautiful studio. You will relax and enjoy your time there. By the way, I think this is one of the best yoga studios in London. I will definitely go back!
